To apply for luggage storage before checking out, residents should send an email to shaw@cuhk.edu.cn to at least one week in advance. Please note that the period for storage should not exceed one year.

Visitors are permitted to enter the hostel and College premises between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm every day. Unless overnight visits have been approved, all unauthorized visitors should leave the premises by 11:00 pm.
 

The use of electrical appliances with high energy consumption that exceed 1200W is not allowed in the dormitory and public areas.

Tip 2: Follow WeChat Official Account “avicgzdsz”, and then click on “一键报修” to submit a service request for maintenance and repair. 
 

Activate your Campus Card via Wechat Mini Program “香港中文大学深圳”, enter your Room Number, and then you will be able to top up the electricity for your room.

Residents who submit application for suspension/graduation/withdrawal on student affairs system should go to the front desk of their tower to go through the check-out procesure before leaving campus.
