Joyce Lin

Deputy Director

Joyce is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) Instructor and holds a certificate in Intermediate Social Psychological Services. She was awarded the title of “Excellent Mentor of Shenzhen” in 2020. Joyce joined the Shaw College Office as its first employee in 2015 and has been working as the Warder of Tower E since 2016. She has rich experience in team building, brand development, and student affairs administration. Prior to joining Shaw College, Joyce worked on brand development and marketing management for prominent domestic and international private listed companies, as well as foreign-funded enterprises. She also has experience in alumni affairs management for a renowned business school.

Annie Zhang

Sr. Supervisor

Annie is one of the earliest members in the Shaw College Office. She joined Shaw College in August 2016 and takes responsibility of student activities organizing and student affairs tracking. Due to the nature of her job, she has become friend of many students, with over 1,000 students in her WeChat contact list. As the No.1 sister among the students, Annie excels in not only organizing activities but also counselling on life and relationship affairs. Being of Southerner-Northerner heritage, her life experience in the South and North made her a versatile lady. Besides office staff, she is also a band keyboarder, graphic designer, street culture lover, etc.

Erica Zhong

Supervisor

Erica graduated with a Master’s degree from Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU). She subsequently worked at HKBU and City University of Hong Kong, performing a range of administrative/managerial duties. She is experienced in English copyediting and proofreading. She joined Shaw College in October 2022 and is responsible for document translation and proofreading, press release composing, Shaw Magazine editing and production, event planning and execution, etc.

Elsa Fan

Sr. Executive Officer

In March 2017, Elsa joined the Student Affair Group of Shaw College Office and is mainly responsible for day-to-day management of the student hostels, the maintenance of college facilities, and student affairs. Due to her contribution to the College, Elsa is regarded as the “designer” and “steward” of the Shaw Family.

Yukee Wu

I am Yukee Wu from Shaw College Office, mainly responsible for planning and executing student activities. I previously worked at The University of Hong Kong and Shenzhen Media Group, possessing a background in both education and media. I love creativity and enjoy turning ideas into reality. Looking forward to moving ahead with Shaw College! 

Ally Zeng

Executive Assistant

Ally graduated from the University of Melbourne and joined Shaw College in December 2022. She is currently responsible for administration and publicity, as well as being a residential tutor. A big supporter of the arts and culture industry and a fan of pop stars. Her hobbies are travelling, attending concerts and musicals, art exhibitions and reading in her spare time. She hopes to have a happy time with her students at Shaw College.

Candice Nie

My name is Nie Fengyue (Candice), from the Shaw College Office and I am also the College resident tutor. I am mainly responsible for the college's resident association and dormitory related activities. Love dancing, sports, travel, food. Dream to explore the world.

Arlene Zheng

I am Zheng Yuanhong (Arlene) from Shaw College Office. I am mainly responsible for planning and execution of student activities in Shaw College. I’m passionate about life and enjoy a variety of activities, including food, photography, floral art, and sports. Exploring the world, finding what you love, and taking action is more important than merely knowing how.

Cherry Zhang

Cherry joined Shaw College in December 2020. Cherry mainly works as the executive assistant to manage the facilities in Shaw College, public documents translation and proofreading. Coming from the Republic of Seychelles, she has the most unique cultural background in the office.

Louis Wen

Louis joined Shaw College in August 2022 and is mainly responsible for student affairs, activities and publicity. He also works as a resident tutor of Tower A.

Molly Lu

I am Molly (Lu Liu Rong) from Shaw College Office. I am mainly responsible for daily file management of student affairs, consultation and reply, and matters related to the residential tutor team. I like music, taking photos, and traveling. People who love life, hope the world peace ~

Tiffany Zhang

I am Zhang Yi Min (Tiffany) from Shaw College Office. I am fond of art and interested in aesthetics. I love art and nature and I also enjoy my life. We are supposed to believe in magic and love.
