On the afternoon of November 7th, the warden of Tower F, Dr. Hu Qin, hosted a traditional Chinese medicine health event titled "Easing the Shoulder and Neck Crisis" at her home. A physician from the University Community Service Station was present to field students' questions and provide on-site physiotherapy. This interactive session equipped attendees with practical self-care techniques and heightened their awareness of personal health management.
