On November 27th, Shaw College invited Prof. Clara Chan from the School of Humanities and Social Science to lead the seventh session of Shaw College English Corner themed “Let’s Go Green”. The session centered around Hong Kong's Environmental Policies and Practices, with Prof. Chan sharing her deep insights and extensive experiences in environmental conservation. Throughout the event, students were engaged in watching pertinent videos, actively picking up on key environmental terms, and delivering impromptu one-minute speech on randomly selected keywords. This exercise honed their skills in capturing information and organizing thoughts, while also highlighting their grasp and application of environmental knowledge.
