Yoga Activity of Tower E

November 26, 2024 Event Albums

On November 2nd, the resident tutors of Shaw College Tower E hosted a yoga session themed "Relax and Revitalize". Held in Room 401 of the Student Activity Center, students engaged in a series of yoga poses under the guidance of an experienced instructor. With soothing melodies, participants focused on the present moment, experiencing the release of tension with each stretch. This harmonious blend of movement and mindfulness helped them reconnect with a sense of tranquility and peace, allowing their bodies and minds to return to a serene and calm state.
