On September 11, Dr. Yu Xiaoming from the Student Health & Counseling Centre delivered a lecture titled "How to Thrive in Your First Year" to students in F302, sharing essential strategies for success in areas such as health, self-care, and time management. He systematically outlined the support available through campus health services and emphasized the importance of proactively addressing challenges, while also highlighting the value of focus and effective time management skills. Additionally, Dr. Yu encouraged students to continually develop their study habits and shared recommended readings to foster lifelong learning. This impactful session alleviated anxiety among new students and laid a strong foundation for their success in the first year.
